Your teacher, Madelaine Heinemann, draws upon the breadth of yoga techniques and teachings from the different forms which have evolved over centuries to share with you. These are the tools to help you overcome the limitations of the body and allow you to experience the joy of your personal journey.

Classes to Suit All Levels
Madelaine’s group Yoga classes and individual one to one lessons, suit all levels and respect your needs and individuality.

They encourage introspection and self awareness, emphasise breath awareness during the different phases of practice, encourage correct alignment, offering variations and modifications where appropriate, and introduce a variety of classical yoga techniques to enhance the practice and stimulate curiosity.

Classes in Stoke Newington and Clapton
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings in Osbaldeston Road, Stoke Newington at a dedicated home studio for hatha and hatha flow yoga. All levels. (max 6 students) If you can’t make these times, maybe a new daytime class can be opened at a time that suits you, please enquire.

Tuesday 6.15pm – 7.15pm and 7.30pm – 9.00pm
Wednesday 6.15pm – 7.15pm and 8.00pm – 9.30pm
Friday 10 – 11.30am

Class Times in Clapton
Monday mornings 10.15 – 11.45 (Asana, Mudra, Pranayama, Yoga nidra) and Thursday afternoons 12.00 – 1.30 (Hatha Flow) at the Yoga Body Centre in Clapton. All levels. (max 12 students)

Classical Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Ashtanga, Pregnancy, Mum and baby yoga, Family yoga, Ayurvedic and Structural Yoga Therapy for health problems. Classes and Individual 1:1 tuition available.
